
Easy Peasy Bread & Butter Pudding
I was really looking forward to meet up with my old school friends......As I was planning what to cook, I thought......what better dessert to dish up than the long-time favourite Bread & Butter Pudding to please friends of 30 over years!

Ingredients
- Ingredients:16 slices of bread/roti
- butter4 eggs/telur1/2 cup caster sugar/gula kaster3 tbsp
- vanilla essence/esen vanilla1 tsp
- fresh milk/susu segar2 cups
- sultana/kismis1 tbsp
- cinnamon powder/serbuk kayu manis1 tsp
Instructions
- 1.
Butter on one side of the bread slices.
- 2.
Then cut them into triangles.Butter a pyrex dish and arrange the bread....In a large bowl, beat eggs with caster sugar.

Add vanilla & milk.
- 4.
Beat well.Pour the custard mixture over the bread gently.Sprinkle with sultanas & cinnamon powder.Bake in a moderate 185ºC oven for 45 minutes-1 hour, or till the top has puffed up & golden brown.Perfect with custard or vanilla ice-cream.Caranya:Sapu butter di setiap hirisan roti.

Potong segi tiga.Sapu butter di mangkuk pyrex bujur.
- 6.
Susun kan roti diatas mangkuk pyrex itu.Dalam mangkuk besar, pukul telur bersama gula kaster.
- 7.
Masukkan vanilla & susu di dalam bancuhan itu.
- 8.
Pukul dengan pemukul telur.Tuangkan kasted tadi perlahan-lahan ke atas roti.Taburkan kismis & serbuk kayu manis di atas pudding.Bakar di dalam oven 185ºC selama 45 minit sehingga 1 jam....atau sehingga pudding mengembang & warna keemasan.Sedap betul dengan kastad & ais krim vanila.
