Ingredients

- · ½ kg tapioca, cleaned & boiled
- · 2 tsp cumin, ground
- · 2 tsp coriander, ground
- · 1 ½ tsp salt
- · 2 tsp turmeric powder
- of corn oil2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1.
Cut tapioca into chips.
- 2.
Sprinkle the cumin, coriander, salt & turmeric powder over the tapioca.
- 3.
Toss the spice evenly, coating the tapioca& drizzle with corn oil.
- 4.
Preheat the PHILIPS Air Fryer at 200ºC, set for 10 mins.
- 5.
Arrange the marinated tapioca into the PHILIPS Air Fryer.
- 6.
Once the tapioca chips are crisp on the outside, remove for the PHILIPS Air Fryer and serve immediately. I You may drizzle some corn oil or olive oil over the Tapioca Chips if you prefer.
