COCONUT FUDGE SLICE (using the PHILIPS Air Fryer)
Ingredients

- plain flour1 cup
- ½ cup caster sugar
- dessicated coconut1 cups
- cocoa powder2 tbsp
- ¾ cups butter, melted
- ½ tsp vanilla
Instructions
- 1.
- Put all the dry ingredients into a large bowl.
- 2.
Mix well.
- 3.
Pour the melted butter & vanilla over the dry ingredients.
- 4.
Combine it all together.
- 5.
Spread the coconut mixture in a greased tin.
- 6.
Press the mixture until firm & compact.
- 7.
Bake in a preheated 170ºC preheated PHILIPS AIR FRYER oven for 20 minutes.
- 8.
Once cool, pour icing evenly over the slice.
- 9.
Sprinkle with desiccated coconut & cut into slices once the icing is set.

Ingredients for Chocolate Icing:- ½ cup icing sugar, sieved 2 tbsp cocoa powder ½ tbsp butter ½ tbsp hot water ¼ cup dessicated coconut Method:- In a large bowl, put in the icing sugar & cocoa powder.

Put in the butter and pour the hot water.
- 12.
Stir till well mixed.
- 13.
Pour over the slice & sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
