
Chocolate Cookie Chunks
I have always loved my cookies crunchy but my nephew made these delicious soft ones that leaves melting chocolate smudges around my mouth & a definite satisfaction to my tastebuds.

I was definitely bought over. Now I am hooked on soft cookies, right out of the oven. Burnt tongues certainly doesn't bother me!Sieve the dry
Ingredients
- Sieve the dry ingredients below:2 1/2 cups flour1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt
- brown sugar1/2 cup caster sugar3/4 cup butter2 eggs1 cup
- vanilla1 tsp
- semisweet chocolates, cut into little chunks2 cups
Instructions
- 1.
Beat butter with both sugars.
- 2.
Put in eggs, one at a time.
- 3.
Add vanilla
- 4.
Put all the sieved flour mixture into the batter & mix using a spatula or wooden spoon.
- 5.
Finally, toss around the chocolate chunks.
- 6.
Chill the dough covered in the refrigerator for about 1/2 an hour.
- 7.
Drop 1 teaspoon of dough onto greased baking tins 2 inches apart.
- 8.
Bake in a preheated 180 deg oven for about 5 to 8 minutes.
- 9.
The cookie is done when the edges is light golden brown in colour but still a little soft to touch.
- 10.
Remove the cookies to a wire rack immediately with a spatula.
- 11.
Don't let you kids eat it while it's still hot. The chocolate will definitely burn!
